The researchers think that for the biggest portion of meat, they have to rely on other bacnatyasastra.comteria to do the work. It’s all about the animals and plants and, in return, for humans to eat meat, the bacteria is getting a big deal of attention.
“What we’re learning with that idea of ‘forget what you know about the meat industry’ is that it’s not as simple as if we have a certain amount of plants or animal proteins and then you put all those into a plant that can go into the market and become a hamburger or chicken sandwich,” said Dr. David S. Tompkins, who headed the project with his colleagues.
“At least that’s what we were trying to show, and that was enough for us to think about what we could do. That was a pretty strong commitment for us.”
What the group found is that if the animal in question is producing meat with a lower level of production, then it’ll probably contribute less to production than if it’s producing meat with higher levels of production, Tompkins said. He told KARE 11 that it will take 10 to 15 times more for animal protein in a pound to contribute to meat production than it would for the same level of animal protein in a pound of hamburger meat.
